I came past a video teaching ppl the way for clear skin. Think it's pretty cool so watch it.
Mainly the points :
-Drink more water.
-Clean pillow
-Sleep with pillow on the back (not sideways)
-Moisturizers (I didn't used them cause they are oily well...)
-Don't touch your face too often.
-Clean your hands, hair regularly.
-Eat anti-oxidant fruits like lemon, strawberry, tomato, blueberries.
-Drink greentea.
-Don't use facial wipes (OMG i don't know that)
-stay happy, no stress ~
